The deadline for registration for the Conference is Monday 17 October

Registration for the conference is open to any person who, either individually or on behalf of an institution, is interested in the theme of the Conference: el Trabajo Social, arte de crear vínculos. To see the programme content, click here.

 General fee

230€

Reduced fee for University of Deusto’s Social Work alumni (supporting document must be sent to the Conference’s Secretariat): degree certificate or a copy of the receipt of your request.

Fees include access to all the conference sessions, documentation, coffees, meals on 26 and 27 October, reception at the San Sebastian Town Hall and attendance to the cultural event scheduled for 27 October. The Conference closing dinner is not included

PLEASE NOTE:  The organisation reserves the right to cancel registration if the information provided by the applicant is incorrect.

Closing Dinner

On Thursday, 27 October 2016, a closing dinner will be held at Restaurante Nineu at the Kursaal Congress Centre.
The price for attending the dinner is € 40, which must be paid along with the registration fee.
The closing date for registration to the dinner is  September 23, 2016.

HOW TO REGISTER

1) Complete the online registration form: To send your details to the Conference’s secretariat, please complete the registration form.

2) Pay the registration fee:The registration fee includes access to all the conference sessions, documentation, coffees, meals on 26 and 27 October, reception at the San Sebastian Town Hall and attendance to the cultural event scheduled for 27 October. The deadline for registration is Monday, 17 October 2016.

Payment of the corresponding fee for the Conference must be made by bank transfer into one of the following bank accounts:

At the time of payment, you must indicate the name and surnames of the registered person and indicate the following reference: TSART

3) Send the bank receipt of your payment and, if required, supporting documents: Once payment has been made, you must send the bank receipt to the following email address: secretariatecnicaud@deusto.es,indicating the name of the registered person (s).
If you are a former Social Work graduate from the University of Deusto, you must also send the corresponding supporting document: a copy of the degree certificate or receipt of having requested it, to the following email address: secretariatecnicaud@deusto.es
Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email to confirm your registration. Registration will not be confirmed until the corresponding bank receipt of payment and supporting documents, if required, have been submitted.
Fees do not include accommodation. You can see hotel fees in the corresponding section.

CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations made by 23 September 2016 will be subject to a 25% charge for expenses.  Cancellations after that date will not be entitled to any refund. Notification of cancellation must be received by email to: secretariatecnicaud@deusto.es
